There is a size chart for each product which you can find it under product description. Kindly measure before purchase as we do not do refund or exchange for wrong sizes ordered as product is not under defect. Please take note that all sportswear can tend to be slightly fit to support and suit your workout and yoga performance.

  1. Is there any charge for postage fee in Malaysia?

    Lano provides Buy Two Free Shipping across Malaysia.
    Postage Calculation is as below:
    RM12.00 postage fee charges for each order (both East and West Malaysia).

  2. Which shipping couriers are you using?

    Postage couriers used by Lano will be depending on our convenience and shipping address location such as:
    JT Express, Poslaju, Skynet, Nationwide and other more.

  3. Can I change my address after I have made an order?

    No. You have to make sure the address provided during checkout the cart is accurate. Once your order is in processing, we are unable to make any adjustment. (unless special case).

  4. How many days will I receive my parcel?

    Once payment made for ready stock, we will dispatch the order within 24 hours. It will take within 3 to 7 working days to receive as it will be mainly depending on the courier service. For purchasing only accessories such as Korea contact lens; It will take 7 to 14 working days for your contact lens to arrive as products are all directed from Korea. However, there may be some circumstances such as courier service delays, emergency that postage couriers can not deliver it on time based on your area, peak seasons or public holidays.

  5. How long do you need to post out the parcel?

    All sportswear with ready stock will be dispatch out for delivery on the next day (and within 7 days for Korea beauty lenses and accessories) after your payment has made.

  6. How can I check the tracking number of my order?

    Please check in “Order”. After your order is posted out, your Order status will change from “Paid” to “Posted” with a courier company tracking number attached. You can also find tracking number via email / SMS / whatapps.

  2. Only damaged item (examples: torns or obvious stains) are allowed to exchange. As such, we will need a snapshot of the defective part/s as a proof for exchange.
  3. Exchange is allowed for normal priced items only (this does not include sales or promotion items).
  4. Items with slight imperfections such as loose thread / slight dotted stains (which do not affect the overall appearance of the item) etc are not considered as a defect item. We DO NOT take such reasons as defect.
  5. Requests for exchange due to size / fitting reasons will be rejected as due to hygiene purpose. So kindly read the size chart before purchasing.
  6. All the return / exchanged items must be couriered back to our office within 7 days of receiving our parcel.
  7. Colors shown may have a slight variance on different screens and devices; colors may be potrayed with slight differences, especially on the brighter hues. Requests for return / exchange due to such reason will be rejected
  8. All the shipping costs for return / exchange are under buyers own responsibility and are not refundable.
  9. For exchange items, Lano strongly advise you to use a traceable shipping service or to purchase a shipping insurance if your shipping product is over RM100. Lano will not take any responsibility on the missing or lost items of your return.

5. How long do I get my refund/ new item (s) back?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days after the date of receiving your return package. Refund will be based on customer actual paid and vouchers are not redeemable into cash.

6. What if I wish to cancel my order right after order has been made?

If your order has been processed but not shipped and you wish to cancel your order, there will be a 3% cancellation fee to recover merchant fees.

  1. What is a refund for accessories (contact lens)?

    Only damaged item or wrong item (wrong colour/ power etc.) are refundable within 7 days after date of receiving provided with acceptable reasons. In the unlikely event you receive a defective lens, do not throw the lens away. It may need to be returned to the manufacturer for analysis. Provided the lens manufacturer agrees the lens is defective, a refund or replacement lens will be issued at no cost.

    Defects or damages DO NOT include damage from ‘wear and tear’ usage, or harm arising from product misuse or accident. If in the event of self careless of tearing the lens accidentally by customers itself, NO refund or replacement shall be made.
